Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging (our signature discreet shipping boxes)

Note on Intimate Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodystockings, bustier lingerie, or babydolls that have been removed from their protective packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-sized or altered intimate apparel
  • Costume shoes and dancewear that show signs of wear
  • Bodystockings and bodysuits with removed hygiene strips
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Return items in their original packaging, including our unmarked outer box if possible.
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Savannah boutique using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on lingerie or costume items:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original.
  • If the replacement costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
  • For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returns. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce fees.
